Zero setup
Drop the JAR in your mods folder and run /hblcore auth YOUR_KEY. That's it. No config files to edit, no commands to learn, no workflows to change.
HBLCore silently checks every player that joins against the global ban network and alerts your staff to known hackers, griefers, and harassers - no config, no conflicts, no changes to your existing setup.
Just run /hblcore auth and you're done.
Free. Hosted on CurseForge. Works with your existing plugins.
Drop the JAR in your mods folder and run /hblcore auth YOUR_KEY. That's it. No config files to edit, no commands to learn, no workflows to change.
When a known hacker, griefer, or harasser joins, your staff are notified immediately - before they can cause any damage. No manual lookups needed.
HBLCore is purely informational - it doesn't replace your ban commands or touch your moderation stack. It also exposes an event API so your own plugins can act on the result.
Plugins
Both plugins are official and free. Most servers should start with HBLCore.

No conflicts, no server changes. Informs staff the moment a known hacker, griefer, or harasser joins - and nothing else. Download it, run /hblcore auth, and your server is protected.

Full ban management for moderation teams. Automatically syncs every ban and warning you issue to the global network, checks new joins, and includes the full appeal portal, warning thresholds, and bans.json import out of the box.
Common questions from server owners getting started.
No. HBLCore is designed to be completely non-intrusive - no server config changes, no conflicts with existing plugins. Drop it in, run /hblcore auth, and you're done.
It authenticates HBLCore with your server's API key. Once authenticated, join-time checks run automatically - any known hacker, griefer, or bad actor is flagged to your staff instantly.
Running /hblcore report on a player generates a magic link and sends it to your staff. Click it to open a pre-filled report submission form on the HBL website - no copy-pasting player names or IDs required.
Pending bans mean your server is not yet verified. Unverified servers are not fully synced across the entire HBL network, so your bans won't propagate to other servers until verification is complete. You can get your server verified for free through our Discord.
Yes, that's the point. HBLCore is a read-only protection layer. It doesn't touch your ban commands or moderation workflow - it just alerts staff and exposes an event API for other plugins to hook in.
HBLCore is lightweight protection - staff alerts on bad actor joins, zero setup, zero conflicts. The full HBL plugin adds active ban management: /ban, /unban, /warn, bans.json import, and appeal portal sync.
